How can a Catalog be Viewed or Printed?
How Can a Catalog be used to ‘Hide’ Daylilies from the Gallery View?
This feature is handy when you don’t want all of the Daylilies in your collection to display on the Front End in the Gallery or Listing views. This is often utilized for Seedlings that have been promoted to Daylilies for use in Crosses only

- Create a Catalog and add the Daylilies you want to hide as Catalog items
- On the ‘Daylilies’ tab in the Catalog Info Data Entry ScreenClick the ‘Hide Catalog Items from Daylily Gallery’ control to ‘Yes’
- Click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’
How can a Catalog be used to Promote Seedlings to Daylilies?
If you hybridize and have used your own Seedlings as parents, you can bulk upload all the Seedlings you have crossed with to Daylilies, so that they will be available for Crosses and new Seedling Heritage diagrams!

- Create and Publish a Catalog and add the Seedlings you want to Promote to Parents
- On the ‘Seedlings(Promote to Daylilies’) tabClick the ‘Promote Seedlings to Daylilies’ to one of the ‘Yes…’ options.
- You can choose to Promote and have the new Daylilies display on the front end in the Gallery view, or Promote and not have them display on the front end.
- Click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’
How can a Catalog be used to Promote Daylilies in bulk to Shop items?
Please note: This feature will only work with subscriptions of Garden Tracker for Daylilies that include the Online Store functionality (Pro or Premium subscriptions)

- Create and Publish a Catalog for Daylilies you want to Promote to Shop Items
- Check that the information that will be used in the Shop is entered into each Daylily record that you are promoting to a Shop ItemGo to the Daylilies Admin list
- Display the ‘Catalog Info’ list from the drop down If there are entries in the Catalog Description, Price, and Inventory fields, these will be used to populate the Description, Price, and Inventory in the new Product record.
- In the Catalog Data Entry screen, on the Shop (Upload Daylilies) tab, Select ‘Yes’ with the option you want for hiding or displaying existing Shop Products
- Click ‘Update’
- In the Front End of your site, Click on Shop and review the changes
